Ingredients :-
鱼肉浆,豆泡,豆拌浆
Tofu Puff, Fish Paste and Soya Bean Paste are the only ingredient needed. All these could be easily find in supermarket. A cut of the Fish Paste is just nice to fill up a packet of the Tofu Puff (10 of those) and that quality is enough to serve for 4 to 5 person share.
Cooking Instruction :-1. For the Tofu Puff, cut an opening in the middle so that it looks like a pocket for you to fill in the Fish Paste.
2. Next, filling up the Tofu Puff with the Fish Paste and this is the part where you could ask your kids to help in, it will be fun for them. Scoop 2 tea spoon full of the Fish Puff into each Tofu Puff, should there still left over Fish Paste after filling up all the Tofu Puffs, can continue to add on some more to each of the Tofu Puffs until all the Fish Paste is used up.
3. Scoop 1.5 to 2 table spoon full of the Soya Bean Paste to a rice bowl. Fill the rice bowl with warm/hot water to about 80% filled. Stir and mix the Soya Bean Paste until it is like dissolve in the water.
4. Pour the Soya Bean Paste solution into a small pot or wok or frying pan and heat up until it boils.
5. Once boils, quickly put in the filled up Tofu Puffs into it. Use a spatular/ladle to mix the Soya Bean Paste solution well with the Tofu Puffs. As the Soya Bean Paste solution is heated up, it will be hot enough to cook the Fish Paste inside the Tofu Puffs very quickly.
6. The whole process probably take you 2 to 3 minutes. Then the Soya Bean Paste solution probably about 90% evaporated and that will be just nice. After that scoop out the Tofu Puffs and ready to be served.
