Stir Fry Pork With Ginger, Spring Onion (姜葱瘦肉)

Here I'm going to stir fry pork meat with ginger and spring onion.  It is quite a simple dish to prepare nevertheless.

Ingredients :-
姜,生葱,瘦猪肉
Pork (lean pork), Ginger, Spring Onion and Soy Sauce are the ingredients that are needed.  All these can be found in supermarket with ease.


Cooking Instruction :-
1. Cut the lean Pork meat into small pieces.  Normally 1 packet of lean Pork meat has about 5 to 6 pieces and after cutting into smaller pieces, that amount is enough to serve 4 person share.

2. Cut the Ginger into slices after peeling off the skins.

3. After washing the Spring Onion, cut into small portions as shown above.

4. Now comes the probably most tedious part of the preparation, that is marinate the Pork together with the Ginger with Soy Sauce ( use the Light Soy Sauce version will do ).  After marinated, leave it for about at least 15 minutes so that the Pork could absorb the Soy Sauce.

5. Next heat up the wok/frying pan with oil.  When hot, pour in the marinated Pork.  Now be careful here as the hot oil might spark out.  Use the spatular/ladle to stir fry the marinated Pork for a while and once the Pork is cooked, put in the pieces of Spring Onion.

6. Stir fry them together and once the Spring Onion is cooked, the dish is done and can scoop up to serve.




Now when eating, careful not to pick up the ginger to eat if not I can bet your kids will scream and yell when they bite the ginger.  :)
